Volunteer Forms & Information

CTMS is always looking for talented, responsible Volunteers to help with various events, programs, and activities throughout the year. It is through the efforts of these wonderful people that we are able to do so much to keep folk music alive!

There are three ways you can apply to become a CTMS Volunteer:

1. Use our on-line web form.
   This form is currently set to take applications for Festival Volunteers for the next Annual Summer Solstice Folk Music, Dance and Storytelling Festival.

2. Download, fill-out and mail in the Festival Volunteer PDF form.
